The project comprised of the construction of a bespoke private spa complex, including a gym and cinema room, exclusively for the property owner and guests. The high-end facility was integrated with the existing residence and featured luxurious finishes, custom lighting, wellness technologies, and smart home systems.
Civil and structural works included site preparation, foundation, shell construction, and specialised waterproofing for humid conditions. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were tailored for spa use, incorporating intelligent lighting, climate control, and high-spec water systems. The spa fit-out included wet and dry areas such as a steam room with aromatherapy, a hydrotherapy pool, a relaxation lounge, and a bar. External works provided a private deck area for outdoor relaxation.
