We were contracted by a private client to construct a contemporary new home for their own personal use. The property was built on a plot adjacent to their existing residence, requiring a bespoke foundation solution due to the presence of a disused swimming pool. This involved pile-driven foundations and a reinforced steel concrete raft for long-term stability.
The exterior features high-quality face brickwork, anthracite grey windows and doors, and a sleek slate roof, delivering a clean, modern aesthetic.
Inside, the home boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, seamlessly connecting to a private study. Upstairs comprises three generously sized bedrooms, each with an en-suite, as well as a stylish family bathroom.
The outdoor space was completed with contemporary landscaping, including modern railway sleepers, quality paving, and decorative gravel to complement the home’s modern finish.
