We were appointed as the principle Contractor, working alongside Architect Tom Frowde to deliver this Bespoke New build Property from demolition to Completion. Key Features include Bespoke Led lit Staircase, Feature lighting in walls and ceilings, Panelling with hidden doors to rooms. Large open plan Kitchen/ living area leading out of sliding doors on to a flush patio garden area with an aluminium retracting pergola.
The home also includes a cinema room kitted out with the latest AV equipment. Bathrooms were designed to the clients specification with walk in showers and porcelain tiles with feature lighting.
External walls were rendered with coloured K-rend against Black Aluminium windows and doors. External walls above were wrapped in Zinc standing seam with the Roof covering to match. Landscaping was also a key feature using Oak retaining sleepers on the boundary, with new turf to the rear garden. New entrance walls with sliding electrics gates, clad with oak Millboard leading on to the permeable block paved driveway. Project delivered within the time frame estimated.
