Design:
The project involved the construction of a bespoke private spa complex, gym and cinema room for exclusive use by the property owner and their guests. The facility provided a high-end, self-contained luxurious spa experience, integrated with the existing property.
The design scope included high-end finishes, custom lighting, and furnishings. Efficient and discreet mechanical, electrical and plumbing design to support spa functionality. The spa incorporated wellness technologies (e.g. aromatherapy and sound systems).
