The project involved a full-scale residential renovation and extension, partially demolishing the structure and transforming a small out of date bungalow into a contemporary family home. The works included complete demolition of the existing roof and internal walls, structural alterations, and the construction of a new first floor with dormer windows. Externally, the property was re-rendered and finished with new roof coverings and modern glazing.
Internally, the layout was reconfigured to create an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space featuring modern finishes. Large sliding doors were installed for seamless indoor-outdoor living. This comprehensive redevelopment brought modern style, efficiency, and comfort to a once outdated property.
