Are your quotations detailed?
Absolutely. We provide transparent, detailed quotes based on your design, specifications, and site conditions. We aim to avoid surprises and help you understand every aspect of the budget. We provide you with a payment plan, which will be agreed prior to commencement of work and we will not ask you for a penny until each stage of the building work is completed.
How long does it take to build a custom home?
Timeframes vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, but most custom homes take between 6 to 12 months once construction begins. We’ll provide a clear timeline during the planning stage and keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you offer a building contract?
